FSU is very into "extrasMay 05 2007Finance
FSU is very into "extras." In highschool I got very involved in clubs and events. I not only wanted to be "in" the clubs, but be a part of them as an officer or high ranking official. The one thing I can say is study hard for the SAT's because FSU's standards are going up and I hope to see you there!

I had probably a 3Jul 14 2006Social Work
I had probably a 3.7 GPA, no AP classes, and I graduated from a prestigious boarding school. But it seems like students are more and more qualified every year. I originally wanted to go to a small liberal arts college. But I think the experience of a big state university was great for me because it exposed me to a such diversity of people, from nerdy overachievers to regular working-class folks. If I had gone to a more exclusive liberal arts college or ivy, I think the more semi-homogenous student body would have been stifling.
Anybody can get inMay 03 2006Chemistry
Anybody can get in. If that cowgirl can make it, anybody can. Most of them freshman drop out. And all those damn hicks only go to FSEW (A.K.A For Stupid Undergrads) for the football team and they are terrible. If you dont have team spirit they will threaten you with violence. I hate all those damn people and I hope they burn in hell. If we keep having colleges like this in our country we will never get rid of presidents like George Bush.
ACT: 30 Male
Just make good grades and above average SAT/ACT scoresFeb 24 2006Economics
Just make good grades and above average SAT/ACT scores. No teacher recommendations needed (at least not when I applied).
ACT: 30 SAT: 1280 Female
I would recommend doing a lot of community serviceOct 23 2005English
I would recommend doing a lot of community service as well as keeping your grades up. Remember that plenty of kids have good grades and that it is how you choose to spend your time outside of class that really makes a difference.
